A Return to Strawberry Fields Farm & Coffee Shop 🍓☕

One Sunday morning in November 2022, we headed back to the lovely Strawberry Fields Farm & Coffee Shop, the hidden gem we stumbled upon in December 2021. Kelly's rave review in our Midsmas Facebook community initially led us here, and boy, she wasn't wrong! We loved our first visit so much, we couldn't wait to come back again a year later. Be sure to give Kelly's fantastic Midlands family travel blog a follow - Small House, Big Trips - on both Facebook and Insta.

Pre-Booking Perks 📅

Having learned about its buzz from our previous visit, we booked ahead, nabbing a spot in Tent 1. And, thinking ahead, we mentioned Mia's autism and her dietary preferences. Kerry, ever the gem, promptly replied, assuring us that all would be well catered for. True to her word, she nailed it!

Warm Reunions and Caring Adjustments ❤️

After parking at the nearby St Matthews Sports & Social Club and bumping into Kerry in the Strawberry Fields car park during our walk in, it felt like a mini reunion! Mia had a bit of a moment in Tent 1, so we moved to an outdoor table surrounded by fragrant Christmas trees. The piney scent was lush!

Ordering Up – With a Side of Gratitude 🥪

Ordering breakfast at the cabin, I met Kerry's fab chef duo. They thanked me for a recent post showcasing their festive baguettes. Such a small act from me, but it meant the world to this hardworking team.

Breakfast Done Right 🍳

When I asked for specific dishes for the kids, Kerry's team was on it. They even thoughtfully served Mia's food in a particular way, keeping items separate. And that After Eight Hot Chocolate? Pure indulgence!

Incredible Staff Makes All the Difference 👏

Throughout our stay, various team members, all wonderfully kind, made our visit memorable. They even complimented the kids' matching outfits (I clearly missed that memo!).

A Festive Setup and More to Come 🎄

While the place already looked festively fabulous, word has it there are more decorations to come! One staff member even hinted at potential evening events in December – sounds cosy!

To anyone around Burntwood or the wider Staffordshire area, drop by Strawberry Fields! Kerry and her crew would love to see you. As for us, Alex, the kids, and I are eternally grateful for the team's special effort today, especially for Mia. Such dedication is a rare gem.
